Located in the delightful village of Heacham a short walk from the beach. This charming 2 bedroom chalet bungalow offers guests the perfect escape to the sea, which is just a few minutes stroll away.

A contemporary property with a beautifully calm interior makes this pretty bungalow the perfect place to relax and unwind. Perfectly situated to explore the stunning North Norfolk coast and within easy reach of local amenities including shops, pubs and an exceptional 18 hole golf course with panoramic views. There is also a dog friendly beach nearby.

Inside

Upon arrival to the property you will enter into a spacious hall which will lead you to the kitchen which is light and airy, having an electric oven, gas hob, also, a microwave and dishwasher. The spacious and comfortable lounge has a smart TV and DVD. There is a useful separate dining room with a table and chairs. The staircase leads you to the master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double walk in shower. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and there is a separate family bathroom.

Outside

There is a large private garden to the rear overlooking woods. The garden is fully fenced so totally pet friendly. There is a patio with a table and chairs for al-fresco dining and the chance to relax enjoying a warm summer evening, sipping your favourite tipple. To the front of the property there is a private drive and parking for 2 cars.

Relax in the comfortable spacious sitting room, sink back into the sumptuous velvet L-shaped sofa and watch your favourite movie on the wall mounted flat-screen TV.

There is a very useful separate dining room with a table and chairs and storage units.

The contemporary modern kitchen comprises all the mod cons you require such as a double electric oven, gas hob, integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The master bedroom suite is on the first floor and has a dreamy king size bed, built-in wardrobe and cosy reading nook. There is also a luxury en-suite with walk in shower, hand basin, WC, and heated towel rail.

There is a further comfortable bedroom on the ground floor with twin beds. This bedroom has a free standing wardrobe and is serviced by the family bathroom, which is modern and spacious with a bath and overhead shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

The village lies between King’s Lynn and Hunstanton and has many amenities in the village including shops, pubs and an 18 hole golf course. The glorious beaches of Brancaster, Holkham and Hunstanton are also very close by. Norfolk Lavender is situated on the edge of Heacham and is renowned worldwide. Set in beautiful gardens it hosts a farm shop for all your picnic needs, lavender products, plants and gifts, as well as an indoor soft play for children. Sandringham which is the much-loved retreat of their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla is only 8 miles away.
