Step inside to the gentle embrace of this traditional characterful cottage with its cosy corners and quirky details for afternoons by the roaring log burner with movie marathons, oodles of books and classic games for some family fun.

Outside

Head through the back door to the sun-kissed, south-facing walled courtyard, perfect for your morning coffee or a twilight glass of wine under the stars.

1 x small single with full pull out suitable for one adult or 2 small children.
Room Descriptions
Step through the front door into the charming beamed sitting room, sink into the delightful sofas or chairs. Cosy up in winter in front of the wood-burning stove and read your favourite novel or if you feel inspired write a novel at the charming writing desk. There is also a television and DVD player and an abundance of interesting books and games. Step from the sitting room into the well-equipped kitchen/dining room which hosts a microwave, double oven with ceramic hob, fridge with ice box, washing machine and slimline dishwasher. There is a pine table and chairs to seat 4 people and a lovely Welsh dresser. There is a door to the delightful courtyard walled south facing garden.

There is a stair gate fitted to the top and bottom of the stairs which lead to the first floor.

Bedroom 1: With a double bed and is cosy and charming with a window looking out to the front of the cottage. There is an alcove with a wooden cot and a comfortable armchair to watch TV or play your favourite DVD. There is also a built-in wardrobe with hanging space and shelving.

Bedroom 2: has a single bed with a full-size pull-out underneath, there is a bedside table and chest of drawers. There is a window overlooking the rear garden. This room is quite small but totally comfortable for 2 children or 1 adult.

Family bathroom with full sized bath and electric shower over. WC, wash basin and heated towel rail, there is a window overlooking the rear garden.
