Lounge

The cottage is a serene sanctuary, perfect for pressing pause on the everyday rush. Sink into the supremely comfy leather sofas in the cosy lounge, where a centrally placed log burner casts a warm, flickering glow - inviting you to unwind, exhale, and truly switch off.

Kitchen/Diner

The delightful kitchen/diner is airy and full of light, beautifully equipped for everything from lazy breakfasts to lively evening feasts. French doors open out onto the enclosed lawned garden - an ideal, secure space for little legs to run wild and for dogs to roam safely.

Tucked away is a handy separate utility room - perfect for stashing muddy boots, sandy flip-flops, and soggy coats—with a washer/dryer to keep things fresh. Please note, pups are welcome but must snooze in the utility room and aren't allowed upstairs.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

This pretty flint cottage features a relaxing family bathroom with shower over the bath on the first floor along with one super king bedroom to the front and a king size zip and link bedroom to the rear. This bed can be split to create two singles so just let us know at time of booking if this is the arrangement you would prefer. On the second floor there is an enchanting four poster double bedroom set in the eaves with its own en suite shower room, ensuring plenty of privacy. All bedrooms are extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished.

Please note, when booking the sleeps 4 option of Cinder Cottage, guests will only have access to their preferred choice of two bedrooms and the third bedroom will be unavailable.

There is a separate cloakroom on the ground floor, off the utility room.

To the rear, a fully enclosed lawned garden offers a safe, sunny spot to unwind. There's off-road parking for two cars on the gravel driveway, plus the added bonus of an electric car charging point for eco-conscious travellers.

Wander just a few minutes down the peaceful lane and you’ll find yourself at The Gin Trap - a characterful 17th-century coaching inn turned foodie hotspot, now one of the coast’s most celebrated places to wine and dine.
