Intro

Little Beach House is a lovingly restored ground floor Regency apartment where historic charm meets relaxed seaside living. Tucked away, not far from the famous pier, this characterful coastal hideaway pairs period elegance with thoughtful modern comforts - a place where sea views, soft textures and gentle Norfolk light create a retreat that feels both indulgent and wonderfully calm.
If waking to the sound of waves and wandering straight down to the beach for a morning stroll sounds like your kind of escape, this is the place. Here, days begin slowly with coffee and sea views, drift between beach walks and Cromer crab lunches, and end with salty air drifting through open windows as the lights of the pier sparkle out across the water.

Inside

The apartment has been carefully restored to celebrate its Regency heritage while embracing the comforts of modern living. The bedroom centres around a beautiful queen-size cabin bed, positioned to capture uninterrupted views across East Beach. Anna French wallpaper, an original Victorian cast iron bath and Burlington sink create a sense of quiet luxury, while just next door the Bath House offers a marble shower room and chrome Burlington fittings.

The cosy living room is rich with character, a grandfather clock, writing desk and deep leather sofa sit alongside modern touches. Hidden behind beautiful Victorian sliding bar doors, is the the perfectly formed kitchen with it's sea views and French doors to outside.

Outside

From the apartment you look out across a private garden towards the sea, with a cosy patio just outside the kitchen providing the perfect spot for a morning croissant and espresso. While the garden itself remains reserved for residents, the beach is quite literally on your doorstep. Step out onto Jetty Street and you are moments from Cromer Pier, the sand beneath your feet and the lively charm of this traditional seaside town. Pubs, seafood restaurants, cafés and independent shops sit just fifty metres away, making it easy to wander out for a bite before returning home to the rhythm of the waves.

There is no parking at the property available, however there are ample parking opportunities throughout Cromer all within walking distance.

Staying at
Little Norfolk Beach House

Quick guide to your location

Located on the beautiful North Norfolk coast, the traditional seaside town of Cromer is one of the region’s most popular destinations. Known for its wide sandy Cromer beach, historic Victorian pier and famous Cromer crab, the town offers the perfect mix of classic seaside charm and great food. A walk along Cromer Pier is a must when visiting, home to the Pavilion Theatre and the UK’s only remaining traditional end-of-pier show. The town centre is full of character, with independent shops, cafés and ice cream parlours lining the streets just moments from the sea.

There are plenty of excellent restaurants in Cromer, from traditional fish and chips by the beach to stylish modern dining. One of the most popular spots is No.1 Cromer, an award-winning fish and chip restaurant located right on the seafront and famous for serving freshly caught fish alongside local Cromer crab. For something a little different, Fino is a popular neighbourhood restaurant known for its seasonal menus, carefully selected wines and relaxed atmosphere. With its sandy beach, fantastic food and easy access to the wider North Norfolk coast, Cromer is a wonderful place to explore during your stay.
