In Summer enjoy drawn out supper parties in the adjoining dining room with the French doors flung open and in winter snuggle around the wood burning stove, a good book and a glass of something red in hand as you soak up the slower pace of life.

Step into the welcoming hallway, complete with charming quarry tiles and a writing desk - perfect for those who may need a quiet moment to catch up on work.

The spacious, light-filled sitting and dining room invites you to unwind on one of the comfortable sofas with your favourite drink in hand, while enjoying views over the peaceful garden. Sink into the window seat and take in the serenity of the outdoors. When the weather turns cooler, cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove or settle in to watch a film on the TV.

On warmer days, open the French doors to let in the fresh countryside air before gathering around the dining table for a memorable meal. Treat yourself to a delicious supper made with local specialities - Cromer crab, lobster, mussels, crayfish, or the renowned Red Poll beef from nearby farms.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a free-standing double electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher - everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.

Just beyond the kitchen, you’ll find an annexe with a large fridge freezer and a relaxed seating area. This space leads to a convenient ground floor bathroom with a large walk-in shower, WC, and hand basin.
