As if it's fallen straight from the pages of a fairytale story, The Nest is a contemporary spacious retreat that will calm the mind, soothe the soul and inspire adventures. Wander around the village and enjoy the gentle buzz of Burnham Market’s soundtrack, splash around in the goosebec, enjoy a sundowner session at Number 29 and as the evenings draws to a close retreat to The Nest with the clink of drinks, before doing it all over again.

The sweeping modern staircase brings you up to the mezzanine living area with an extravagant king bedroom with ensuite and a further king bedroom and bathroom beyond. This stunning luxuriously appointed apartment makes full use of the majestic floor to ceiling Chapel mullioned windows.
Open plan living at its finest with luxurious touches are to be found in the converted Chapel, with calm vibes and a simple, understated elegance The Nest has been beautifully styled to create a relaxed coastal retreat. The light and spacious open plan living area is a great social space for all to enjoy while the sumptuous bedrooms and stunning bathrooms provide a luxury escape where your troubles can melt away.

Outside

The South Facing suntrap courtyard provides the perfect backdrop for those long summer evenings and alfresco suppers. Featuring a patio area with a table, chairs, and parasol seating up to 6 guests, as well as a charcoal BBQ.

There is no private parking with this property, however roadside parking is available in certain areas with no restrictions, or the foundry field car park is a 2-minute walk from the property.

Living Areas

The open plan living and dining space has been designed with guests’ comfort in mind come rain or shine. Sink into the sumptuous L-shaped sofa where you can kick back and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV with soundbar. The contemporary modern, kitchen brings sophisticated and modern touches, along with all the mod cons you would anticipate, such as dishwasher, full height integrated fridge freezer and integrated washing machine.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The master bedroom boasts a King Ottoman bed, set against faux pony skin feature wall, carpeted for that cosy feel when tumbling out of bed. Step up into the expansive en suite, complete with large rainfall walk in shower.

The second bedroom is spacious and elegantly styled. Offering a sumptuous king size bed, built-in wardrobe, and a freestanding chest of drawers – storage in abundance!
Next to the bedroom is the contemporary bathroom finished high-end fixtures and fittings. Equipped with an enormous oval freestanding bath and large walk-in rainfall shower – the perfect space for a long soak after a busy day exploring.
