Introduction

Soft textures, gentle light, and cosy corners invite slow mornings and lingering evenings. Step outside to coastal paths, quiet lanes, and big Norfolk skies - a quaint cottage where time softens, and simple moments feel special.

Inside

Earthy hues, thoughtful modern touches, and plenty of character define this charming Carrstone hideaway, where heritage features meet contemporary design. Step through the pink door and settle by the roaring wood burner for an afternoon of pure relaxation – a tattered favourite book or a game or two of cards. And at the end of the day head upstairs to a spacious bedroom, think exposed beams and stone details and a sumptuous bed that you won’t want to leave.

Outside

Head through the kitchen and out to a secure split-level garden, with a side gate access. Bask in the morning sun with a freshly brewed coffee and warm flaky pastries from the Old Store in Snettisham as you ponder over the days adventures.
Roadside parking available.

Staying at
Manor Cottage

Quick guide to your location

Situated in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the charming village of Sedgeford is surrounded by open undulating countryside and has a rich heritage spanning over four thousand years.

The traditional English country Inn The King William IV is a real asset to the village and is a great place to re-fuel after a long walk along the Peddars Way or a day out cycling part of the National Cycle Route 1 that passes through the village.

There is something to please everyone in this corner of Norfolk; just 4 miles away are the coastal resorts of Heacham and Hunstanton with beautiful sandy beaches, rock pools, colourful cliffs and possibly the most stunning sunsets you will ever see.
