Intro

If escaping the everyday and disappearing into the coastal wilds for complete relaxation and meandering adventures is your idea of bliss, this is the place. A home made for celebrations, hide-and-seek through gardens and winding rooms, mornings spent on the beach and afternoons exploring, the sort of place where the magic of an Enid Blyton story feels wonderfully real.

Inside

Wide sea-facing windows flood the kitchen dining room with natural light, giving you a front row seat to the ever-changing coastal landscape - waves rolling onto the shore, gulls circling overhead and endless skies stretching out across the horizon.
There’s space to gather and space to retreat in equal measure. A large kitchen diner forms the heart of the home, with two lounges and a cosy snug downstairs for quieter moments. Upstairs reveals antique beds, bold wallpapers and playful details alongside modern comforts. Don’t miss pink fizz in the roll-top bath or a round of table football for a little friendly family competition.

Outside

Throw open the doors and let the sea air drift through as the garden becomes an extension of the house. Long lunches drift into sunset drinks in the hot tub, beach days roll into BBQ suppers and games stretch across the lawn while the tide slowly slips out below.
Deckchairs catch the warmth of the south-facing lawn, while the barbecue deck sets the scene for laid-back feasts after a day of adventures. Beyond the garden, a path leads straight to the cliff walk and down to Mundesley’s sandy shoreline.
There’s also a boot room stocked with Hunter wellies and Barbour coats in all sizes for guests to borrow.
There are up to five off-road parking spaces available.
