Head through the dainty courtyard to the barn-style door that leads to a stunning country kitchen with exposed beams. Ponder over your day’s adventures with coffee and croissants at the breakfast bar, the soulful sounds of nature spilling through the windows. Contemporary yet traditional, Samphire Cottage is the antidote to adventure filled days. Treat yourself to a long soak in the luxurious free-standing bath. Snuggle up on one of two spacious sofas and treat yourself to a glass of bubbly before drifting into a peaceful night’s sleep in the lavish king-sized bed of the master bedroom.

Outside

Soak up the glowing summer rays in the enclosed courtyard garden with a BBQ feast, overlooking endless blue skies and far reaching tartan fields. There’s also an adjacent patch of greenery. Head to nearby Burnham Market for cute coffee stops, boutique shops, delis and farm shops. With dog friendly beaches just a short journey away, your 4-legged-companion can run free and enjoy the adventure right by your side.

There is unlimited street parking outside the cottage.

LIVING AREAS

Relax in the comfortable spacious sitting room, sink back into the comfortable sofas, in front of the log burner and watch your favourite movie on the wall mounted flat-screen smart TV.

For those of you who need to catch up with a little work there is a comfortable desk and chair in a separate area for you to do so.

There is a very useful dining alcove for a romantic supper.

The traditional kitchen comprises of all you will need for your escape away including, a double electric oven and hob, integrated dishwasher, washer dryer and fridge freezer.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a dreamy king size bed, free standing traditional wardrobe and dressing table.

The second bedroom has a unique bunk bed with a double at the bottom and a single on top. This room is light and airy and overlooks the front of the property and the garden across the road which belongs to the cottage and has uninterrupted views of the countryside.

The family bathroom is romantic and spacious with a free standing claw bath and a large walk in shower. There is also a hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Docking is a charming village, steeped in history and located in the perfect location to explore the delightful North Norfolk coast. Just four miles from the bustling village of Burnham Market and four miles from the delightful sandy beaches of Brancaster, Thornham and Holme. There is a very friendly pub within walking distance and a well-stocked village shop, also within easy reach. Norfolk Lavender is also very close by and is renowned worldwide. Set in beautiful gardens it hosts a farm shop for all your picnic needs, lavender products, plants and gifts, as well as an indoor soft play for children. Sandringham, which is the much-loved retreat of their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla is also very close by.
