Introduction

Tucked quietly within the grounds of Vicarage House, The Pool House is a striking conversion of the estate's former coach house and stables. Thoughtfully reimagined into a beautifully designed contemporary escape, soaring vaulted ceilings, exposed oak beams and expansive walls of glass create an effortless connection with the surrounding gardens and pool. Entirely on one level with accessible accommodation, it's a wonderfully sociable space for families and friends to enjoy together.

Inside

Architecture takes centre stage from the moment you arrive. Double-height vaulted ceilings and full-height glazing flood the open-plan living spaces with natural light, while warm natural materials and understated interiors create an atmosphere of calm. The contemporary kitchen flows seamlessly into generous dining and sitting areas, making entertaining feel wonderfully easy, while three beautifully appointed bedrooms offer flexibility thanks to zip-and-link beds. At the far end of the building, a separate games room with a wood-burning stove, Smart TV, bean bags and table tennis provides the perfect spot for relaxed evenings together.

Outside

Throw open the doors and wander barefoot between the terrace and the heated swimming pool, spend sunny afternoons on the tennis court or challenge friends to badminton, football and table tennis before gathering around the barbecue as the evening draws in. Beautifully landscaped gardens provide plenty of peaceful corners to unwind, while twelve complimentary bicycles make it easy to explore the quiet Norfolk countryside beyond. There is ample on-site parking.
